El 6 de Junio, voluntarios locales, EVS y trabajadores de juventud (Iveta Balcune y Linda Vanaga) nos reunimos en Zeimuļs junto con representantes de la Embajada de los EE.UU de América en Riga. Con motivo de su visita para organizar un seminario sobre el mercado laboral para jóvenes, quisieron aprovechar y reunirse con jóvenes de la ciudad para compartir experiencias, opiniones con respecto a la ciudad, así como expectativas frente al futuro.

On 6th of June, local volunteers, EVS and youth affairs workers (Iveta Balcune and Linda Vanaga) were met in Zeimuļs together with representatives of the Embassy of the United States of America in Riga. The occasion of their visit it was to organize a seminar related with the labor market for young people, and they wanted to meet with youth of the city to share experiences, point of views, as well as expectations for the future.

Fue una reunión interesante, debatimos diferentes temas como por ejemplo el por qué decidimos realizar este voluntariado, cómo vemos la situación actual en el mercado laboral, la motivación de los jóvenes, etc. ¡Aquí podéis ver una foto de grupo!

It was an interesting meeting, we talked about differents topics, for example why we have decided to do this volunteering, how we see the current situation in the labor market, the motivation of young people, etc.
